Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety)
(Compoundable Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Act 2020, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (Compoundable Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 2 September 2021.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 403/2021) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
“(d)an offence under regulation 19 of the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 404/2021).”.
