(Edusave Pupils Fund) (Amendment)
Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act, the Minister for Education (Schools) makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Edusave Pupils Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part II of the Schedule to the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Edusave Pupils Fund) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item (16) and substituting the following item:
“
(16)Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore School (formerly known as Spastic Children’s Association School)
”.
