(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81(2) of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 26 August 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 863/2019), in regulation 2, replace “section 81(1)(a)” with “section 81(1)”.
