(Amendment No. 2) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 13 October 2023.

Replacement of Schedule

2. In the Active Mobility (M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 631/2023), replace the Schedule with —

“THE SCHEDULE

”.
