Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 14th December 2007.
