(Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the National University of Singapore Students’ Union and Constituent Bodies (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2017 and is deemed to have come into operation on 20 November 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 14 of the Schedule to the National University of Singapore Students’ Union and Constituent Bodies (Exemption) Order (O 1) is deleted.
