Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement of Sections 2 and 3) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement of sections 2 and 3) Notification 2003.

2. Sections 2 and 3 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st March 2003.
