In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Sporting Events and Activities — Control Order) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 February 2022.

Amendment of regulation 10

2. Regulation 10(1) of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Sporting Events and Activities — Control Order) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 277/2021) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “entry controls” in sub‑paragraph (a)(iv), the words “and enhanced entry controls”.
