Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 34) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 34) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Siglap Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee and Singapore Contract Bridge Association from the provisions of the Act in respect of the People’s Association Active Mind Festival 2008 — Contract Bridge Tournament to be held on 30th December 2007 and 12th January 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Siglap Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee and Singapore Contract Bridge Association with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 13th December 2007.
