Rules 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 74 and 77 of the Stamp Duties Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Stamp Duties (Transfer of HDB Flat within Family) (Remission) (Amendment) Rules 2021 and are deemed to have come into operation on 11 March 2017.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3(1) of the Stamp Duties (Transfer of HDB Flat within Family) (Remission) Rules 2007 (G.N. No. S 735/2007) is amended by deleting the words “and (be)” and substituting the words “, (be) and (bg)”.
