Community Care Endowment Fund Act (Transfer Date) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “transfer date” in section 19(3) of the Community Care Endowment Fund Act 2005, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Community Care Endowment Fund Act (Transfer Date) Notification 2005.

Transfer date

2. For the purposes of section 19 of the Act, the transfer date shall be 2nd February 2006.
