Voluntary Sterilization (Amendment) Regulations 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Voluntary Sterilization Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Voluntary Sterilization (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 17th December 2007.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4(1) of the Voluntary Sterilization Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately before the word “issue” in sub-paragraph (b), the words “upon the request of the person sterilized,”.
