(137 — Aerial Work)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 15 August 2022.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  In the Third Schedule to the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 502/2018), replace paragraph 1 with —
1.  The safety management system (called in this paragraph the SMS) required under regulation 14 must comprise the following components and elements:
