(Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2)
Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80(1) of the Organised Crime Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Organised Crime Act 2015 (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 30 August 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Organised Crime Act 2015, in the Schedule —
(a)after item 31, insert —
“
Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006 — Offences included as serious offences with effect from 30 August 2024
31A.Section 4
Import, export, etc., of scheduled species without permit
31B. Section 5
Scheduled species in transit unaccompanied by CITES permit, etc.
31C.Section 19 in relation to section 4 or 5
Abetment of an offence under section 4 or 5
”; and
(b)after item 193, insert —
“
Wildlife Act 1965 — Offences included as serious offences with effect from 30 August 2024
193A.Section 5C
Killing, trapping, taking or keeping of wildlife
193B.Section 8
Illegal sale or export of wildlife
193C.Section 9
Illegal importation of wildlife
”.
