Hire-Purchase (Rate of Interest on Overdue Instalments) (Cancellation) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33(c) of the Hire-Purchase Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Hire-Purchase (Rate of Interest on Overdue Instalments) (Cancellation) Notification 2004.
Cancellation
2.  The Hire-Purchase (Rate of Interest on Overdue Instalments) Notification (N 1) is cancelled.
