Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2008, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.
