Central Provident Fund (Government Employees) (Cancellation) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (d) of the definition of “employer” in section 2(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Government Employees) (Cancellation) Notification 2003.

Cancellation

2. The Central Provident Fund (Government Employees) Notification (N 2) is cancelled.
