Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) (No. 2) Notification 2010
Delegated Responsibility
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr S. Jayakumar, Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, shall, with effect from 1st November 2010, be charged with the responsibility of assisting and advising the Prime Minister on the co-ordination of policies associated with climate change.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) (No. 2) Notification 2010.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 320/2010) is cancelled.
