(Constitution of Partnership or Company)
(Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Public Transport Council Act 1987, the Public Transport Council makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Public Transport Council (Constitution of Partnership or Company) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2024 and, except for paragraph 2(a), comes into operation on 1 September 2024.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. In the Public Transport Council (Constitution of Partnership or Company) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 399/2006), in paragraph 2 —

(a)

replace “section 22C” with “section 34”; and

(b)

replace sub‑paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) with —

“(a)	Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd;
(b)	SimplyGo Pte. Ltd.”.
