Workmen’s Compensation Act
(Chapter 354)
Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) (Amendment) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 15th November 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 568/2003) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 20, the following item:
“21.  West Point Family Hospital.”.
