(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Amendment) Act 2023, except section 10, comes into operation on 1 November 2023.
