Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act 2002

Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2.  The Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 13th February 2003.
