Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2004.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting “4%” wherever it appears in column (8) and substituting in each case “5%”.
