Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2003 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2003.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Form G of the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is deleted and the following Form substituted therefor:
“FORM G
UNKNOWN
UNKNOWN”.
