Conveyancing and Law of Property
(Conveyancing) (Amendment) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73D(1), (2) and (3) of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) (Amendment) Rules 2018 and are deemed to have come into operation on 29 December 2017.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Item 8 of the Second Schedule to the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 391/2011) is deleted.
