In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Foreign Employee Dormitories — Control Order) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 August 2022.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. In regulation 3(1) and (2) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Foreign Employee Dormitories — Control Order) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 781/2020), replace “regulations 14 and 15” with “regulation 14”.

Amendment of regulation 6

3. In regulation 6(3) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Foreign Employee Dormitories — Control Order) Regulations 2020 —

(a)	in sub‑paragraph (a), replace “; and” at the end with a full‑stop; and
(b)	delete sub‑paragraph (c).
