(Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90(1) of the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act 2011, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act 2011, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act 2011 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 April 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act 2011, in the First Schedule, in the definition of “Maximum DI Coverage”, replace “$75,000” with “$100,000”.
