Competition Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Competition Act 2004, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Competition Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  Parts I and II of, and the First and Second Schedules to, the Competition Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st January 2005.
