(General Waste Collection)
(Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (General Waste Collection) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 January 2018.

Amendment of regulation 5

2. Regulation 5 of the Environmental Public Health (General Waste Collection) Regulations (Rg 12) is amended by deleting “$175” and substituting “$195”.
