(Commencement) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Active Mobility (Amendment No. 2) Act 2020, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Active Mobility (Amendment No. 2) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2020.
2.  The Active Mobility (Amendment No. 2) Act 2020, except sections 2, 3 and 4, comes into operation on 28 August 2020.
