Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics
(WoodlandsHealth Pte Ltd — Exemption)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 22(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (WoodlandsHealth Pte Ltd — Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 23 September 2021.

New regulation 1A

2. The Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (WoodlandsHealth Pte Ltd — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 33/2021) are amended by inserting, immediately after regulation 1, the following regulation:

“Definition

1A. In these Regulations, “licensed premises” means each of the following:

(a)	4300 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Singapore 569869;
(b)	1 Tampines Street 22, Singapore 529637.”.

Amendment of regulation 2

3. Regulation 2 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (WoodlandsHealth Pte Ltd — Exemption) Regulations 2021 is amended by deleting the words “4300 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Singapore 569869 (called in these Regulations the licensed premises)” and substituting the words “any licensed premises”.
