Active Mobility (Enforcement)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Enforcement) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 February 2019.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4 of the Active Mobility (Enforcement) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 256/2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Personal Mobility Devices” in paragraph (b), the words “and Mobility Vehicles”.
