Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2007.

Amendment of regulation 9

2. Regulation 9(1) of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the words “Ministry of the Environment” and substituting the word “Agency”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) Regulations is amended ––

(a)	by deleting “$10” in item (1) of Part I and substituting “$15”;
(b)	by deleting “$6.50” in item (2) of Part I and substituting “$12”;
(c)	by deleting “$30” in item (2) of Part II and substituting “$28”; and
(d)	by deleting “$15” in item (3) of Part II and substituting “$20”. [G.N. No. S 301/2005]
