(Exemption) (No. 43)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 43) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Earn & Get — Lucky Charms Edition” promotion to be held from 29 October 2018 to 10 December 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the lottery to be held as part of that promotion where promotional slips are issued at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the casino premises at Marina Bay Sands daily from 6 a.m. on 29 October 2018 to 5.59 a.m. on 10 December 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
