Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 3) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 3) Notification 2004.
Approved institution
2.  The Minister hereby approves the Jamiyah Nursing Home for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st December 2004.
