Environmental Pollution Control (Fees for Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Environmental Pollution Control Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Pollution Control (Fees for Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2007.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Environmental Pollution Control (Fees for Licences) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the words “Ministry of the Environment” and substituting the words “Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Environmental Pollution Control (Fees for Licences) Regulations is amended ––

(a)	by deleting “$65” in paragraph (a) of item (1) and substituting “$70”;
(b)	by deleting “$260” in paragraph (b) of item (1) and substituting “$280”;
(c)	by deleting “$520” in paragraph (c) of item (1) and substituting “$560”; and
(d)	by deleting “$27” in item (2) and substituting “$30”.
