Environmental Public Health Act
(Chapter 95)
Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 99 (9) and 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2007.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the words “Ministry of the Environment” and substituting the word “Agency”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  Part II of the Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) Regulations is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
“Part II
1. For a permit for a temporary fair, stage show or other function or activity
 
$55 per permit
2. For a copy of a licence
 
$8
3. For an application for approval of a nominee
 
$10
4. For a licence for temporary hawking
 
$50.
”.
