In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Car Pooling — Exemption) (Revocation) (No. 3) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 27 September 2021.

Revocation

2. The Road Traffic (Car Pooling — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 583/2021) is revoked.
