Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005

Specification of Commencement Date

Pursuant to Sub-sections 6.2.1 and 12.5.5 (b)(i) of the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 (G.N. No. S 87/2005), the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby specifies 16th November 2005 as the commencement date of the 3-year period for which the Dominant Licensee must offer an approved Reference Interconnection Offer to Requesting Licensees.

2. This Notification takes effect from 16th November 2005.

3. Gazette Notification No. S 463/2003 is cancelled.
