Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021
(Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2021.
2.  Sections 3, 4, 5, 24, 31 and 33(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 30 September 2021.
