(Chapter 118)
Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification may be cited as the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2002 and, with the exception of items (1) and (3)(a) in the Schedule, shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2002.
(2)  Items (1) and (3)(a) in the Schedule shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23rd November 2001.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The provisions of the Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 370/2001) set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Notification are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof.
