International Child Abduction Act 2010

International Child Abduction Act (Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the International Child Abduction Act 2010, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the International Child Abduction Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The International Child Abduction Act 2010 shall come into operation on 1st March 2011.
