(Fishing Harbour)
(Amendment) Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Fisheries Act 1966, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 8 February 2022.
Amendment of rule 11
2.  Rule 11 of the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules (R 4) is amended by deleting paragraph (3).
Deletion of Third Schedule
3.  The Third Schedule to the Fisheries (Fishing Harbour) Rules is deleted.
