(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 8 February 2024.
