(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Public Transport Council Act 1987, the Public Transport Council, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 83/2016), in regulation 2 —

(a)

replace “section 26” with “section 67”; and

(b)

replace paragraph (b) with —

“(b)	an offence under section 41(7), 54(1), 56(1) or (2) or 57(2) of the Act;”.
