Medical Registration (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Medical Registration (Amendment) Act 2010, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical Registration (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2010.
2.—(1)  Sections 2, 3, 5 to 8, 9(b), 10, 11, 12, 14 to 29 and 31 to 41 of the Medical Registration (Amendment) Act 2010 (referred to in this Notification as the relevant Act) shall come into operation on 1st December 2010.
(2)  Sections 9(a) and 13 of the relevant Act shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.
(3)  Section 30 of the relevant Act shall come into operation on 1st July 2012.
