(Chapter 120)
Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2010.
Deletion and substitution of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
“FIRST SCHEDULE
Paragraph 2A
Relevant States
(1)  Canada
(2)  European Union
(3)  Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China
(4)  Iceland
(5)  Israel
(6)  Japan
(7)  Korea
(8)  Liechtenstein
(9)  Netherlands (with respect to Aruba)
(10)  Norway
(11)  Switzerland
(12)  The Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei)
(13)  United States of America.”.
