Maintenance of Parents
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Maintenance of Parents Act 1995, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Maintenance of Parents (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 15 October 2024.
Amendment of rule 15
2.  In the Maintenance of Parents Rules (R 1), in rule 15, replace “Division 56 of Part 18 of the Family Justice Rules 2014 (G.N. No. S 813/2014)” with “Part 20 of the Family Justice (General) Rules 2024 (G.N. No. S 720/2024)”.
