(Exemption) (No. 61)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 61) Notification 2017.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Premium Multiplier” promotion to be held from 21 December 2017 to 12 February 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the kiosk games to be held as part of that promotion at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks located inside the Paiza Dragon Slots Room, Pearl Room and Ruby Room at Marina Bay Sands, from 6 a.m. on 1 January 2018 to 5.59 a.m. on 12 February 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
