(Competency Tests) (Amendment)
Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Competency Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 October 2021.
Amendment of regulation 6
2.  Regulation 6(3) of the Active Mobility (Competency Tests) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 430/2021) is amended by deleting the words “30 September 2021” in sub‑paragraph (b)(i) and substituting the words “31 December 2021”.
Amendment of regulation 7
3.  Regulation 7 of the Active Mobility (Competency Tests) Regulations 2021 is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “30 September 2021” in paragraphs (1)(a) and (2)(a) and substituting in each case the words “31 December 2021”; and
(b)by deleting the words “1 October 2021” in paragraphs (1)(b) and (2)(b) and substituting in each case the words “1 January 2022”.
